Alpine Home Builders LLC is a fully licensed and bonded General Contractor serving the greater Seattle area. We specialize in new custom homes, full home remodels, first and second story additions, ADU, DADU, basement conversions, garage conversions, and custom kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and always strive to run each project smoothly and efficiently.
Our goal is to make your dream project a reality while keeping you within your budget. Clear and open communication is an important part of how we make this happen.
We can also assist with the design of your project and help source the materials that best fit in your budget. Once you decide to put your project in our hands, we will take care of everything from beginning to end!
Meet the Team
Alpine Home Builders is a team of two highly professional builders. Scott has 45 years of experience as a residential builder. He began his career in 1980 building new homes as well as refurbishing old Whaling Captains' homes from the 1600's on the Island of Nantucket in Massachusetts.
In the early 90's he moved to Martha's Vineyard where he continued to build residential homes as well as starting a business crafting handmade furniture.
He moved to Seattle in 1995 and has continued to build new homes as well as major remodels and expansions to existing homes. He has honed his skills his entire working life to become a master craftsman in his field.
Christine has 10 years of experience as a residential builder and designer. She began her career in this field after moving to Seattle from Switzerland.
She brings her Swiss precision, attention to detail and overall eye for design to the team.
Since 2015 she has designed and built many full home remodels, as well as some new builds. She knows how to keep a project on time and within budget.
Examples of Our Work
Below you will find examples of our full house remodels. All of these homes were taken down to the studs and rebuilt new. Some were given fully finished basements, others received multiple-room additions. We added dormers to some and covered porches to others in order to transform each house into a beautiful, functional, and cozy home.
